Flipside Burgers & Bar was created by Michael Baffa a hidden gem tucked into Fairfield's Brick Walk. Though quietly nestled in the back, it quickly became a destination known for its vibrant energy, expansive bar, and welcoming patio, where great food, craft drinks, and a lively atmosphere come together.

The Food

Flipside centers its menu on never-frozen, custom-ground sirloin/top-round burgers, hand-cut fries, and thoughtfully prepared comfort food, with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and consistent execution. There are over 25 specialty burgers (like the "MacFlip" and "Chip & Dip") plus a build-your-own option, alongside appetizers, tacos, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.

The BEST burgers in CT. I come to Flipside every time I want a burger. Their turkey burgers are amazing. They are not dry and cooked to perfection. If you're into spicy margaritas or Adult Milkshakes definitely get them here. The service is friendly, informative, quick, and always with a. smile.
